Privacy & Zero Data Retention Policy
At TitanTech AI Inc. ("TitanTech," "we," "us," or "our"), data privacy and intellectual property segregation are foundational tenets of our architecture. This policy describes how we handle enterprise data, model telemetry, and confidential workloads processed across the TitanTech foundation model platform and developer APIs.
The TitanTech Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Guarantee
By default, TitanTech does NOT retain, store, log, or train on any customer prompts, completion outputs, embeddings, audio streams, or fine-tuning datasets processed via our paid enterprise APIs. Once inference completes, all intermediate tensor states in ephemeral GPU memory are permanently wiped.
1. Model Training & Data Boundaries
Unlike legacy consumer AI tools, TitanTech maintains an absolute separation between customer data and our research base models:
- No Base Model Ingestion: Customer inputs and generative model completions are never used to train, tune, or improve TitanTech foundation models.
- Proprietary Fine-Tuning Ownership: Any custom model weights, LoRA adapters, or distillation artifacts created using Titan-Forge belong 100% to the enterprise customer and are isolated in single-tenant customer vaults.
- Air-Gapped Isolation: For customers with extreme compliance requirements, TitanTech provides fully air-gapped on-premises deployments with zero outbound telemetry.
2. Information We Collect
To operate our developer infrastructure and enforce rate limits, we collect minimal administrative metadata:
- Developer Account Information: Name, work email address, organization name, and billing credentials managed via PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
- Operational Metrics: Aggregate token counts, request timestamps, response latency, and HTTP status codes necessary for SLA verification and billing.
- Security & Authentication: API key hashes, IP addresses for rate limiting, and access logs retained in SOC2-compliant tamper-proof audit trails.
3. Data Encryption & Security Controls
All traffic to and from TitanTech clusters is secured using industry-standard TLS 1.3 transport encryption with forward secrecy. At rest, customer configurations and private fine-tuning weights are encrypted with AES-256 using customer-managed KMS keys (BYOK) if requested.
4. Subprocessors & Compute Infrastructure
TitanTech operates across Tier-IV data centers and dedicated hyperscaler GPU clusters (NVIDIA H100, H200, B200 SXM clusters). All third-party compute partners are bound by rigorous Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that prohibit persistent data capture or inspection.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Data Rights
TitanTech complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) through Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Enterprise customers retain the absolute right to inspect audit logs, export all account configurations, and request immediate revocation and deletion of all administrative records.
